Biography
Joseph Dancey was born in 1818 in London, England, the son of Maria (Yeomans) Dancey and Joseph Dancey.
Joseph (full age) married Maria Yeomans on 9 August 1841 in St Martin-In-The-Fields, London, Westminster, England. He was the son of John Dancey.[1][2]
Their children were:
- William Dancey (1846–1933)
- Maria Dancey (1851?–1895)
Joseph emigrated to Australia on the Queen of the East in 1854.[3]
Joseph died in 1876 in Geelong, Victoria, Australia.[4]
