Biography
Hon. Florence Maria Daly was the daughter of Hon. Robert Daly and Hon. Cecilia Maria à Court.
In 1895 she was granted the rank of a baron's daughter.
Florence was the Commandant of the Manor House Auxiliary Hospital in Folkestone, Kent during WWI. She was awarded an MBE in the 1918 Birthday Honours.
Florence died 7 May 1940 aged 87 at 10, Lennard Road, Folkestone and was buried 10 May 1940 at Cheriton Road Cemetery, Folkestone, Kent[1].
