Oline Daigle was born on 26 December 1912 in the state of Louisiana. ^[1] She passed away on 19 Feb 1997 in Church Point, Acadia, Louisiana. ^[1]

She was a housewife and mother of 8 children. She had a good life, but a hard life being married to a small tenant farmer, Yeve Sonnier.

She would be proud to know that some of her ancestors were well known and prominent contributors to our home town community. Namely, Etienne Daigle and Marie Anne Taillon, who were the first merchants to set up in our home town of Church Point, Acadia, Louisiana.
