Isabella Cuthbert was born about 1680 in Drakies, Inverness-shire, Scotland, daughter of John Cuthbert (1635–1711) and Mary Maclean (abt. 1650– ).
Isabella married John Macpherson (born before 30 September 1684 in Inverness, Inverness-shire; son of Sir Aeneas Macpherson and Margaret (Scrymgeour) Macpherson) in 1706 in Drakies Scotland. Their known son was George Macpherson (abt. 1706 – aft. 1743).
Isabella died after 1706 in Inverness, Inverness-shire.
