Jacob Curtis was born on 23 August 1710, in Wallingford, New Haven, Connecticut Colony, British Colonial America. Son of Nathaniel Curtiss andSarah Howe. He married Abigail Foote on 23 June 1736 in Bradford, New Haven, Conn Colony. They were the parents of at least 1 son. He died from 1737 to 1738, in New Haven, Connecticut, United States, at the age of 28.
