Biography
Charlotte Crozier, third child and second daughter of Charles Crozier and his wife Charlotte Mathews, was born at Devonport Barracks in Devon, Plymouth, England on 24th May 1866.[1]
Charlotte died at Devonport Barracks on 6th August 1866 when she was 10 and a half weeks old.[2]
