Deceased Name: CRIGGER
CRIGGER, CHARLES W. - age 74 of Knoxville, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2005 at Parkwest Medical Center. He was a retired Lt. from Knoxville Police Department and later served as head of security at Parkwest Medical Center. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Police for 50 years. He was a veteran of the US Navy during the Korean War. Preceded in death by his wife, Joe Crigger son, Mark Crigger parents, Roy and Christine Crigger and brother, Herman Crigger. Survivors include son, Mike Crigger of Knoxville daughter, Sherry and husband Jim Janney of Atlanta daughter-in-law, Rena Crigger of Knoxville grandchildren, Matthew Crigger, Kevin Crigger, Courtney Janney, Bradley Janney, Joe-Joe Janney, and Lauren Crigger and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be Friday at 12:00 PM at Lynnhurst Cemetery with Military honors provided by Volunteer State Veterans Honor Guard.
