WikiTree differs from other genealogy websites in that our goal is to have a single profile per person, and thus we share ancestors and collaborate as a GLOBAL collective team!

What interests have guided you to WikiTree? Do you have research you’d like to share? Are you interested in how your family fits into our tall and many branched tree?

When you confirm your email address, you’ll be given an opportunity to volunteer to help document our collective family history. Use the Tags and comments to tell us about your genealogical interests.

When you volunteer, one of our Greeters will confirm your membership. Then you'll be able to add your family to the tree!

I'm trying to improve communications by ensuring members of the Scottish Clans Project have full access to its Google Group. The google group is an open group so you can sign yourself in at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/wikitree-scottish-clan-project Any problems with this let me know and I can add you direct. Hi I am Terry a WikiTree Mentor. Hope you're enjoying our site. Our primary vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person, so please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile. Having dates and locations attached to every person assists in our mission as well!

If you already have or you are planning to upload a GEDCOM, you might want to check out Importing GEDCOMS Keep in mind that our primary vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person, so please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile. Our Mentor Team are a friendly bunch of volunteers who will be glad to help you with specific problems if you have any.

I am setting out on a journey to find lost treasures. My father instilled in me a desire to find and piece together our big beautiful family. I feel honored to be able find and share the Craig family tree with my friends and family, especially my newly found family. I look forward to unlocking the history of the big wonderful family of mine.
