Biography

This is not the same person as Benjamin W. Cowgill.

Benjamin was the son of Henry Cowgill and Eleanor Barrett. His family record appears in the records of Hopewell Monthly Meeting in Frederick County, Virginia.

He was married to Margaret Garrett 27 Dec 1827 in Highland County, Ohio.

He was married to Rachel Garrett 16 Feb 1837 in Highland County, Ohio.[1]
