Eliza Maud Beatrice Cousins (married name Pollard, then Woods) was born in 1888 in Dunolly, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Mary Harriet (Dalton) Cousins and Alfred Ernest Albert Cousins.^[1]

She married Percival Benjamin Pollard in 1904 in Victoria.^[2] Their children were:
