Have removed Marguerite Couc as wife of Jean Gautier-Delisle and replaced her with Lafleur as that is what the original record actually says (see - https://www.geni.com/people/Marie-Madeleine-Delisle/6000000028972264825) so posted a question to my distant cousin who is very knowledgeable about the family and she responded: "Several years ago, Bertrand Desjardins asked me whether the "MARGUERITE LAFLEUR" given as the mother of Individual #19269, MARIE MADELEINE DELISLE Status : Born out of wedlock Father : JEAN DELISLE could possibly be Marguerite Couc dite Lafleur. I rejected the suggestion entirely. There is nothing in my extensive study of the Couc family that shows such a possibility, and "Lafleur" is one of the most common dit names. I still reject it, and I see that PRDH-IGD has at the end of its entry "FILIATION NON PROUVEE" or connection unproven. I do not know who convinced someone to add the name Couc to this Marguerite Lafleur, but I see no validity to the assertion. She most certainly did not "MARRY" any Delisle or anyone else than Jean Fafard dit Maconce and Michel Massé. Here is what now shows: Individual #19269 MARIE MADELEINE DELISLE Status : Born out of wedlock Father : JEAN DELISLE Mother : MARGUERITE LAFLEUR COUC Baptism : vers 1679 Lieu indéterminé (au Québec) Death : 1751-05-22 Burial : 1751-05-23 La Prairie"

Michigan went into formation of the USA on 04 July 1776.
Quebec became a province of Canada when it was formed on 01 July 1867.

Cook-10306 and Couc-6 appear to represent the same person because: They are the same person
Pictures are fake, not of Marguerite.
Temporarily removed controversial DOD (8 Jan 1699) to clear error reports.

Her DOD has to be more documented. Three of her children have DOB after her stated date of death (1699). Also, one death location says "Trois-Rivières", while another says "Detroit, Wayne, Michigan, USA". Nos Origines don't have any to suggest.

Cook-10306 needs to be merged with Couc-6, they are the same person.
What is the documentation for the marriages to Jean Delisle-Gauthier?
Couc-6 and Cook-10306 need to be merged as they are the same person.
