Azélie Cormier was born on 24 Apr 1859 and baptized on 5 May 1859 in Cocagne, New Brunswick, the daughter of Aime Cormier and Gertrude Richard.^[1][2][3]

Azélie married Thomas Gallant, son of Fidèle Gallant and Sophie Breau, on 23 Nov 1886 in Cocagne.^[4]
