Biography

Carl was born in 1923. He was the son of Henry Cooper and Lillie Dillon.

His mother passed away in 1928 and his father was assumed to have passed away between 1927 to 1930.

He went to live with the family of William B. Hudspeth in 1930 and 1940 in Prague, Lincoln, Oklahoma.^[1][2]

He married Helen Schwarz. They had children.

He passed away in 1987. He was buried in Prague Catholic cemetery in Prague, Lincoln, Oklahoma.^[3]
