Olvin Coolidge was born on April 11, 1841 in Jay, Essex, New York, United States. His parents were Benjamin Coolidge and Elmira Daby. He married Mary Barrett in 1868 He married Jane Farnsworth in 1873 He died on February 03, 1911 in North Lawrence, St Lawrence, New York, USA

Potsdam Courier and Freeman - Feb 8, 1911 Nicholville - Mr. O. B. Coolidge died at the family home on McEwen St. Friday Feb 3rd. Olin Boliver Coolidge was born in Jay, Essex Co., N.Y., April 11, 1841. In 1868 he married Mary Barrett who died a few years later and in 1873 he married Mrs. Jane Johnson. They moved to this town nearly fifty years ago and later purchased the Horace Rowell farm on McEwen street. By the last marriage they had one daughter. The mother died some fifteen years ago and about this time the daughter married Mr. King C. Lucas and they have since carried on the old place. Mr. Coolidge spent a few years at North Lawrence but had returned to the family home where he was kindly cared for during his last days. Mr. Coolidge was a soldier in the Civil War for 3 years, also a member of Deer River Lodge F & A.M. and was buried at Haleville cemetery Sunday, the Masons having charge of the burial service. The funeral was held at the home, Rev. W. H. Summers preaching the funeral sermon from the words found in the 23d Psalm, 4th verse "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil, for Thou are with me, Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me."
