Biography

Clara was born 16 November 1848 in Preble County, Ohio[1][2][3][4][5][6].

Clara was the daughter of James Cook and Mary Harshbarger

In 1850, Clara was enumerated in her father's household in Washington Township, Preble County, Ohio.[7]

In 1860, Clara was enumerated in her father's household in Lanier Township, Preble County, Ohio.[8]

Clara married on 1 October 1869 in Butler County, Ohio to Carey W. Lambertson.

In 1870, Clara was enumerated in her husband's household in Madison Township, Butler County, Ohio.[9]

In 1880, Clara was enumerated in her husband's household in German Township, Montgomery County, Ohio.[10]

In 1899, Clara was received into membership with the Hinkle Creek Monthly Meeting, Society of Friends in Hamilton County, Indiana by request.[11]

In 1900, Clara was enumerated in her husband's household in the 2nd Ward of Elwood, Madison County, Indiana.[12]

In 1916, Clara was living at 1906 North F Street in Elwood, Madison County, Indiana.[13]

In 1917, Clara was dropped from membership with the Hinkle Creek Monthly Meeting, Society of Friends by request.[14]

In 1920, Clara was enumerated in her son in law's household in Jackson Township, Hamilton County, Indiana.[15]

In 1925, Clara was living in Cicero, Hamilton County, Indiana.[16]

In 1930, Clara was enumerated in her grandson's household in Mt Vernon, Jefferson County, Illinois.[17]

In 1940, Clara was enumerated in the W.H. Hayse household in Mt. Vernon, Jefferson County, Illinois.[18]

Clara died on 23 January 1943 in Atlanta, Hamilton County, Indiana.[19][20][21][22]

Clara was buried in the Elwood Cemetery in Elwood, Madison County, Indiana.[23][24][25]
