Albert was the fourth but second surviving son of his parents. He took the surname of DENISON in lieu of Conynham by Royal Licence dated 4th September 1849 in compliance with the Will of his maternal uncle, William Joseph Denison of Seamer, Yorkshire, whose vast estates he inherited. He was created Baron Londesborough, in the East Riding of Yorkshire, on 4th March 1850. He married twice.[1]
He died on 15 January 1860. He was buried at Grimston on 24 January 1860.
