Anthony represented the United States in Ice Hockey in the Antwerp Olympics of 1920.

Anthony Joseph Conroy was born october 19, 1895 in Saint Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota. He was the son of Coleman Conroy and Ellie "Nellie" Donovan.^[1]

Anthony was an ice hockey player and he was on the first United States Olympic Ice Hockey team that went to the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp, Belgium.^[2] Ice Hockey was in the Summer Olympics in 1920 because there were no Winter Olympics at that time. The team won a silver medal.^[3]
