- BELL.—On the 15th October, at her residence, "Abbey Holme," Newlyn, Jane, beloved wife of John Bell and dearly loved mother of Mrs. J. Yates, Waubra; Thomas, Newlyn; John, Mt. Prospect, Mrs. J. S. Tinney, Dean; and Mrs. Allan McKinnon, Werribee, aged 76 years. Colonist of 53 years. [2]
She was buried at Mount Prospect Cemetery. [3]
