Biography

William Jefferson Cole was born about 1840 in Mississippi.[1][2][3][4] He was the son of Mark Cole, Jr. and Martha Curtis.[1][2][3][4]

No marriage records are found that are definitive, but William was single at the time of the 1880 census.[4]

He may be buried in Topisaw Baptist Church Cemetery, Ruth (Lincoln County), Mississippi.[5]
