Biography
William was born in 1892. [1] The 1900 and 1910 census information shows him living with his parents and siblings in the Richmond, Virginia area. [2][3] In 1922 he married Sallie Frances Flick. [4] The 1930 and 1940 census information shows him living with his wife in the Richmond, Virginia, area. [5][6] William passed away in 1947. [7][8]
