William Clutterbuck was born in Gloucestershire, England.

William was born in about 1711, the son of Nathaniel Clutterbuck and Sarah Putley. He was baptised at Eastington on 15 April 1711. [1]

On 10 April 1735 William married Mary Perkins at Eastington. [2]

William died in 1775, without leaving a will, and was bur. 30 May 1775 at Eastington, Gloucestershire.
