Charles Cloutier was born on 15 Nov 1828,[1] son of Noël Cloutier (<1801 - 1873) and Julienne Collin (1807 - 1881).
Charles married Marie Célestine Chouinard (1838 - 1903) on 21 Oct 1856 in St-Michel-de-Percé, (Gaspé), QC, Canada. [2]
Their son was Charles Cloutier (1857 - ).
Charles died on 30 Jan 1919 in Cap-d'Espoir, Gaspé-Est, QC, Canada aged 90.
