Sydney was born in 1918. He was the son of Sydney Robinson Clough and Mary Ellen Noy.

In 1926 the Clough family lived at 49 Oakbank, Newport, Australia. [1] Sydney Robinson Clough (Lorry Driver) and Mary Ellen Clough (Home Duties).

Sydney Vincent Clough married Edith Mary Thompson in 1942 in Victoria. [2]

In 1943 the Cough family lived in Oakbank St, Yarraville, Victoria. [3] Sydney Robinson Clough (Lorry Driver) and wife Mary Ellen Clough (Home Duties) with Sydney Vincent Clough (Labourer) & Mavis Jean Clough (Home Duties).

On 11 May 1943 Sydney Vincent Clough enlisted with the Australian Army. [4] He served with the 32nd Battalion as a Private # VX139112 (V56271)

In 1954 Sydney Vincent Clough (Milk Carter) & Edith Mary Clough (Home Duties) lived in Stone St, Yarraville West, Victoria. [5]

In the 1960s and 1970s they lived in Beddoe Rd, Vermont, Victoria. [6]

He passed away in 1992.
