Benjamin was a Friend (Quaker)
Benjamin was born 8d 8m 1744 [8 Oct 1744] at Dartmouth, Massachusetts Bay.[1][2] He is the son of Samuel Chase.[3]
He married Martha Buffington 20 Dec 1767 in Dartmouth.[4][1] She was born 16d 7m 1750 [16 Sep 1750].[1]
He was received on certificate at the East Hoosack monthly meeting from the Dartmouth monthly meeting on 12d 6m 1794 [12 Jun 1794].[5] He was accompanied by his wife Martha and children Patience, Nanna, Mary, Martha, Benjamin, Joseph, and William.[5]
