Biography

William was born 28 October, 1908 at Fort Ethan Allen in Colchester, Vermont. He was the son of Clark Chandler and Shirley Walker. ^[1]

William died (age 97) on 7 October 2005 while living in Bexar, Texas.^[2] He is buried at Arlington National Cemetary, Arlington Virginia.
