Biography
Hon. Robert Cecil (1670-1716) was the son of James Cecil, 3rd Earl of Salisbury and Lady Margaret Manners. He married on 28 July 1690 Elizabeth Meynell, daughter of Isaac Meynell. He died 23 February 1716.
