Duke of Gloucester is a title in the Peerage of England conferred on one of the Blood Royal from time to time.

There have been five creations of the title, four of which were in the Peerage of England and the last in the Peerage of the United Kingdom; the current creation carries with it the subsidiary titles of Earl of Ulster and Baron Culloden.
