Biography

In 1858, James Alfred CASSON was born in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, England.^{[1] [2]}

In 1884, he married Alice Emma COOKSON at St. Leonard's Church in the parish of Streatham, London, England.^[3][4] One of the witnesses was Alice's father: Charles Robert COOKSON (occupation Letter Carrier).^[3] Both James' and Alice's place of residence was given as Wells Lane, Streatham.^[3] James' occupation is given as Bricklayer.^[3]
