Obituary

On March 1 1943, the remains of the late Richard Casley of Boulder, were laid to rest in the Boulder Cemetery. Born in Clunes, Victoria, he came to the goldfields in the early days, where he worked on the various mines until six years ago, when, on account of failing health, he had to leave the industry. His wife passed away in Kalgoorlie three years ago. He leaves a grown-up family of eight children, three sons and five daughters. All the sons are in active services, somewhere in Australia, and his daughters reside on the goldfields. His death is mourned by his family and relations and a wide circle of old friends.^[3]
