Biography

Stephen Carter was born on March 8, 1900 in Wright County, Missouri to Silas Carter and Mary Woody. He died on October 5, 1918 in Wright County due to complications from influenza.[1][2]

He is buried in the Thomas Cemetery in Wright County.[3]
