Alice Isabella Carter (married name Clark) was born in 1880 in Ararat, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Isabella (Swanson) Carter and Samuel Carter.^[1]

She married Edwin Charles Clark in 1906 in Victoria.^[2] Their children were:^{[citation needed]}
