Before 1834, Mary Jane CARSON, daughter of John CARSON, a farmer, was born likely in Ireland.^[1][2]

On May 24, 1854, Mary Jane of full age, a spinster, and John MACORT of full age, a bachelor and farmer, were married in the Mullaghdun Church Of Ireland, Cleenish Parish, County Fermanagh, Ireland. Mary Jane was residing in Drumlaghy, Cleenish Parish and John was residing in Drumderg, Cleenish Parish. The witnesses were John CARSON & Richard FRIEL.^[3][2]
