Biography

Earl James Carr was born on May 20, 1921,[1][2] in Oregon.[3]

He married Betty Irene Colgan on August 18, 1942, in Stevenson, Skamania County, Washington.[4][5]

He died on July 23, 1987, in Multnomah County, Oregon.[1] He is buried in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.[6]
