Biography

William Carney is a part of US Black heritage.

In the 1860 census William (age 23) was in Murderkill Hundred, Kent, Delaware, United States.^[1]

William was in a military record on 27 February 1864. They were in the 32nd U.S. Colored Infantry.^{[2][3] [4] [5]}

In the 1870 census William (age 37) was the head of household in Dover Hundred, Kent, Delaware, United States.^[6]

In the 1880 census William (age 43), Farmer, was the married head of household in Dover, Kent, Delaware, United States.^[7]

He died on 12 January 1907, in Dover, Kent, Delaware, United States, at the age of 72, and was buried in Fork Branch Church Cemetery, Dover, Kent, Delaware, United States.^{[8] [9]}
