Biography

Kjerstin Carlsdotter was born on January 28, 1774. She was the daughter of Kjerstin Olsdotter. She had siblings Carl b. 1777, Olof b. 1783 and Per b. 1787.

Kjerstin married Per Håkansson b. 1761. He was 13 years older than her. They had daughter Christina b. 1794.

She was widowed when Per passed away in 1797. She was only 23 years old, and Christina was 3. She remarried Olof Persson.

She passed away from "lungsot", consumption, on June 4, 1801 in Ölångsstugan. She was 27 years and 4 months old. She was buried in June 7, 1801.^[1]
