Biography

Louis Campeau was baptized on 6 Mar 1758 in Détroit. He was the son of Jean-Baptiste Campeau and Catherine Perthuis. ^[1][2]

He married Martha Moran (b there 1 May 1767 bur 31 Mar 1837 Assumption dau of Charles Moran and Mary Ann Belleperche) on Jan 13, 1800 in Detroit.^[1]

Together they had five children including twins.

Louis died and was buried March 30 1810 in Assumption Sandwich.^[1]
