Marie Obéline Bélanger was born on 3 Mar 1827 and baptized the following day in Notre-Dame-des-Neiges parish of Trois-Pistoles, Bas-Canada. Her parents were Jean Élisée Bélanger and Marie Perpétue (Rousselle) Roussel.[1]
Marriage
Obéline Bélanger, listed as a minor on the record, married Xavier Gagnon dit Belles-Isles, son of Rémi Gagnon dit Belles-Isles and Marcelline Gagnon dite Belles-Isles, on 21 Jan 1845 in Notre-Dame-des-Neiges parish of Trois-Pistoles.[2]The couple had at least 16 known children, 11 to marry.
She passed away in 1906.
