Biography
Josiah Buterbaugh was born on 15 May 1845 in Purchase Line, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, USA, son of David Buterbaugh (1818 - 1900) and Anna (Langham) Buterbaugh (1824 - ~1858).
Josiah married Angeline Elizabeth Smiley , daughter of Samuel Smiley and Mary Ann Riddle. Their daughter was Anna Belle (Buterbaugh) McDonald (1872 - 1941).
Josiah died on 19 Apr 1923 in Mahaffey, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania aged 77. He is buried in Mahaffey Cemetery, Bell Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania.
