Biography
Millie Ann Bushman was born 15 April 1835,[1] the first child and daughter of William and Drucilla (Houseman) Bushman.[2] She came of age in Clermont County, and on 28 September 1859 married the widower Franklin Fridman.[3] Millie Ann was the half-first cousin of Franklin's first wife Rebecca.[4]
Over the next decade Franklin and Millie would continue to grow their family. Calvin Demoss was born in 1860,[5] with William McLelan[2] following three years later.[5] They added a daughter in 1866 with Rebecca A. "Belle",[6] and another son, Leonidas S., in 1869.[6]
In the 1870's the Fridmans' had two more children. Grace, a daughter, in 1872[7] and a son, Frederick Walter in 1877[7]
Franklin died 21 August 1895.[8] Millie passed away about a year and a half later, on 31 January 1897.[9] She is buried at Mount Zion Cemetery, New Richmond, Clermont County, Ohio.[10]
