Hi Dana, thank you for your message! ;-) The merge for William Pride and the Unknown are still set as a pending merge awaiting approval by the other profile manager. We will give him some time to respond first. The oldest generation has to be done first in any merge process or the profiles get disconnected and lost in limbo. After the father's profile is merged, we can work at merging all the children so your line is completed. ;-)

Hi Dana, welcome to WikiTree! Thanks for catching the duplicate profiles before you created more records for the Pride family. ;-) I will merge the ones that I can so we can get our families connected. I descend from Herbert Pride so it looks like we're cousins. ;-) You will find many of these older profiles already on WikiTree so it's always a good idea to search for them before creating new profiles. Let me know if you run across any inactive profile managers that are slow to respond and I will see if I can help.

Don't forget to Head over to the G2G forum. and take a minute to introduce yourself in the Tree House or ask a question in any of the other categories. There's also a brickwall tag in the G2G forum: for that "special" ancestor who is eluding you.

Hello, New to the site. I've been poking around the internet trying to add onto my fathers research a little bit and noticed our line of Coles from Liverpool Nova Scotia is pretty much non existent on every site. Since WikiTree is the only free site to help with genealogy I signed on to connect the dot's as best I can. Thanks Dana,
