Biography
Sydney Burdekin was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)
Sydney Burdekin was born on 18 February 1839 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, the son of Mary Ann Burdekin and Thomas Burdekin. There are two records of his birth in the New South Wales BDM register.[1][2][3]
He married Catherine Byrne on 24 January 1872.
They had eight children.
Sydney died on 19 December 1899 at St Marys, Sydney.[4]
