Biography
Henry Bulthuis was born in Michigan in 1895. [1] In the 1900 census Henry (age 5) was the son of Martin and Bertha Bulthuis in Precinct 2 Grand Rapids City Ward 12, Kent, Michigan.[2] Henry (age 20) married Sadie Vander Ark (age 21) on 10 August 1916 in Grand Rapids, Kent, Michigan.[3]
In the 1930 census, Henry (age 34) was the married head of household in Grand Rapids, Kent, Michigan, United States.[4]
