Biography

The following came from her obit published in the Baltimore Sun of July 1, 2012.

“Born in Baltimore, MD on August 12, 1915, the former Ann Stewart Buck was the daughter of the late J. Ellsworth and Anna Hooper Buck. As a child, she moved to New Orleans, LA with her family, where she resided all her school life. She graduated from the Louise S. McGehee School in 1933 and attended the Sophie B. Newcomb College in New Orleans before moving back to Baltimore in 1934. She married John Theodore Bossert in 1936 and they lived in Baltimore until his retirement to Royal Oak, MD in 1974. They moved to Easton in 1988. Mr. Bossert died in 1990. Mrs. Bossert was a member and former docent of the Talbot County Historical Society, the Junior Auxiliary of Easton Memorial Hospital, a member and former volunteer of the Academy of the Arts, and a former member of the Women's Club of Talbot County.”
