Thomas Henry Bruton was born in 1880 in Cheltenham, Victoria, Australia, the son of Elizabeth Bruton and William Henry Bruton.^[1]

He married Kate Daws in 1906 in Victoria.^[2]

Kate died in 1907.^[3]
