(Asenith) Seine Browning. daughter of Francis and Frances Norman of Augusta Co VA., was born about 1745 in Virginia,, probably Augusta or Orange County.
Seine married James Duncan, son of William Duncan and Ruth Rawley about 1765 in Culpeper.
James and Seine lived in Culpeper until about 1795-1796, then moved to KY. First to Gallatin, then probably on to Henry and Trimble where several of his children lived. Gallatin County was established on December 14, 1798 from Franklin County and Shelby County; Trimble County, was formed from Gallatin, Henry, and Oldham Counties. Many of the Duncan families are inter-related, creating confusion on relationships.[1]
Seine died before April 1829. James died about 1823. Exact date and place is unknown, but probably in Trimble KY. [2]
