Biography
According to the 1880 US Census for Flagg, Ogle, Illinois, twenty-four-year-old Frank Brown was a married white male farm laborer of the Flagg area. Frank had been born about 1856 in Wisconsin. He was married to Eliza (Unknown) Brown, who was born about 1854 in Canada. They had three small children, all born in Illinois.
