Biography

Percy was born about 1913 in Florida.[1][2][3][4] He was the son of William Brown and Julia Pierson.[1][2][3][4]

Percy did not attend school[1][2] and was considered an invalid.[4]

He died in 1943[5] and is buried in Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery, Hopewell (Hillsborough County), Florida.[6]
