Note N223Will dated 5/26/1894 filed in court 4/20/1895. Witnessed by Charles A. Kendall and Otis E. Kendall.

Owned farm described in will as being in McKee, IL being 130 acres part of Section 28. Left all to his wife "Youty" and after her passing, two sons Grant and Lee were to get the farm. If farm was sold, fifty dollars was to be given to each of the other children.

Had daughter that died in infancy
