In the 1930 census Eugenia (age 7) was the daughter of Harrison Brown at 612 Mary Street, Dublin, Laurens, Georgia, United States.^[1]

In the 1940 census Eugenia (age 17) was the single daughter of Harrison Brown in Dublin, Laurens, Georgia.^[2]

Eugenia enlisted is the US Army Women's Army Corp on 29 February 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland, United States.^[3] She also was part of the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion of the United States Army during World War II which handled the mail.

Eugenia died on 9 June 2017 and was buried on 23 July 2019 in Pennsylvania, United States.^[4]Eugenia was buried in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States with a death date of 9 June 2017. Her grave marker is inscribed: TEC 5 US ARMY WORLD WAR II^[5]
