John Brown was born 1800 in Nova Scotia to Malcolm Benjamin Brown and Sarah Love. On April 21, 1825 in Halifax, Nova Scotia John married Elizabeth Coburn daughter of Micheal and Elizabeth Coburn from Windsor, Hants County, Nova Scotia. John died August 5, 1849 in Walton, Hants County, Nova Scotia.
